The Pesto Goat Cheese BLT is my favorite panini at Pressed. It’s a good mix of soft (chicken) and hard meat (bacon). All the signature paninis are good value: $12-16 gives you a large sandwich, a side, and a pickle too.

Pressed Cafe probably sits between fast-casual and fine dining. You order standing up, then they bring the food to you. It’s a great UX compared to fast-food or fast-casual places like McDonald’s or Panera where you order, awkwardly stand around for 5-10 minutes, pick up your food, then struggle to find a place to sit.
